My name is Katherine Longthorp, I am a 30 year old disabled woman who lives in Bicester, Oxfordshire. I decided to stand in Oxford East because I was born there, I work there, and it is a more practical constituency to get around than Bicester & Woodstock because I don't drive.

I have no idea what counts as left or right wing anymore and I do not care. I just want people to be treated with dignity as respect. That means the right to single-sex spaces, same-sex care, and single-sex sports categories being protected. I am all for people dressing how they like as long as it is appropriate, but the reality is Humans cannot change sex, and sex is far more important and relevant than how people choose to identify.
